PURCHASING + SHIPPING

There are two options for purchasing products from our website:

 

ETSY

 

All of our product items have a “BUY” button which links to our Etsy shop and the specific product you would like to purchase. Simply add our product to your basket and checkout to purchase.

 

EMAIL

 

You can order any products for a 10% discount when you order directly via email. Simply click on our CONTACT page and fill in the information to send your order to jadesageinfo@gmail.com. In the body of your email please include:

 

Please include the following information in your message:

- your first and last name
- product name(s): eg. lemon card [brown]

- product specifications and customizations (optional)
- product quantity: e.g. 2
- shipping address (including postal code and province)

You will receive a confirmation email for your order within 24 hours, which will include your payment details. 

Processing will begin immediately upon payment.

- 3 - 5 business days for processing
- 1-10 days for shipping
- ship to anywhere in Canada and the U.S
- at this time we do not offer international shipping
